Alphabet.Heorhii Narbut
Celebrating Independence Day through a symbolic collection has become an established tradition for the GUNIA Project. This year, the brand presents a jewelry piece inspired by the work of Heorhii Narbut, the author of the visual language of Ukrainian statehood. It is his iconic alphabet that sets the tone for the design of GUNIA’s new object.

The holiday collection captures the letters of the Ukrainian alphabet as gold-plated pendants. Each letter is a jewelry interpretation of Narbut’s font, brought to life through dedicated research. By launching this piece, the brand strives to highlight the personality and legacy of Narbut.
An important part of the collection presentation was the large-scale photo project "Alphabet", created by photographer Stefan Lisovskyi and art director Marta Bertman.

"Alphabet" is a series of portraits in which each letter finds its embodiment in a different individual. Together, they create a portrait of a country taking shape today—multivocal, diverse, and open to change.
The project brings together individuals from different generations, professions, and fields of work. Among them are artists, musicians, military personnel, scientists, athletes, craftspeople, civic leaders, and entrepreneurs. What unites them is not a shared experience, but their ability to shape their time, transform the cultural and social landscape, and open up new ways of thinking and acting.
