Delivery/pick-up of orders in Ukraine

Pickup

You can pick up your order yourself from our store in Kyiv at Zolotovorítska St, 2A. during store hours.

WORKING HOURS:
Mon–Sat: 10:00 – 20:00
Sun: 11:00 – 20:00

Before visiting the store, please wait for confirmation of your order's readiness from our managers.
Orders placed between 6:00 PM Friday and 10:00 AM Monday will be ready for pickup from the showroom on Monday.

Delivery by Nova Poshta

TERMS OF DELIVERY TO A BRANCH OR BY COURIER:

  • For orders up to 5,000 UAH – delivery is paid by the client according to the carrier's rates.

  • For orders from 5,000 UAH and above – delivery is free.

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Shipping is done Monday to Friday

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days

TTN numbers are generated automatically. Please monitor messages from the courier service.

Taxi Delivery (Kyiv and Lviv)

Available in exceptional cases with same-day delivery.
The cost of taxi delivery is paid by the buyer.

If your package is damaged or lost during delivery, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

  1. Contact the Nova Poshta branch where you received the parcel.

  2. With the help of a Nova Poshta employee, fill out a claim form — this is an important step to officially document the issue. Nova Poshta will then be obligated to compensate you for the damage.

  3. Let us know about the situation:

Please check the parcel upon receipt. To help you effectively, it is essential that you complete the claim form immediately at the time of delivery.

International order delivery

We offer international delivery worldwide, except to Russia, Belarus, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and any other territories where delivery is restricted or unsafe.

Carriers. International orders are shipped via DHL or Nova Poshta Global. Where a choice of carrier is available at checkout, you may select your preferred option. If no choice is offered, the Seller will select the carrier at its discretion based on the destination and order details.

Cost of delivery. The cost of delivery, including all applicable taxes and import duties, is included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees, taxes or customs duties upon delivery.

Delivery times. Delivery times depend on the destination country and typically range from 2 to 4 weeks. These are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping information and a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order. If you have not received dispatch information, please contact us at customer@guniaproject.com indicating your order number.
