Museums have always been a key source of inspiration for the GUNIA Project team. It is within their walls that one can encounter the unique works of artists who lived and worked centuries ago.Whether it’s the masterpiece of a classical genius or a naïve painting by an unknown artist, each object holds its own value within these solemn, quiet walls.

This very idea is what GUNIA Project founders, Mariia Havryliuk and Natasha Kamenska, sought to highlight in the New Year digital campaign. Each piece is presented as a standalone museum exhibit, drawing attention to the inherent worth and refinement of every item.

The GUNIA Project holiday collection features ceramics, scented candles, table linens, and silk pajamas. The capsule also includes the brand’s signature silk scarves, adorned with delicate illustrations and hand-finished edges. Traditionally, the design is rooted in Ukrainian folk art, naïve art, and everyday objects. The collection reimagines the motifs from the 18th- and 19th-century Kosiv ceramic tiles, as well as a painting by an unknown artist titled “Girl with a Cat”, housed in the Ivan Honchar Museum. Explore the collection and discover how these characters “travel” from one piece to another, evoking a sense of celebration, lightness, and fairy-tale spirit.
