Description

Balaclava Shyshky. Loose fit balaclava is embellished with hand-embroidered cones and hand-crafted pom-poms. The embroidery is inspired by the cones found on the wedding ceremonial bread called korovai, as well as by viltse — a ritual tree traditionally decorated by a bride-to-be and her friends on the day before the wedding. It takes up to four hours to embellish a single balaclava by hand.
