The “Hryvna” ring. Originally, a hryvna was a metal neck ring shaped like an open circle and was exclusively a male accessory. In the times of Kyivan Rus, warriors were awarded hryvnas for their feats. Over time, this adornment became part of women’s traditional dress, with increasingly intricate designs. Reimagined, the twisted hryvna transforms into the gold-plated ring by GUNIA Project.
