Description

Virgin and Child Oval Plate. The painting is inspired by a glass icon from the Bukovyna region of Ukraine and the traditional embroidery of folk rushnyky. The image of the Virgin Mary and Child is a traditional motif, reinterpreted through GUNIA’s naive aesthetics. Handcrafting lends a unique character to every piece, while the use of gold detailing highlights its significance. Choose a plate as part of your own festive tradition, a distinctive piece for everyday rituals, or a collectible gift.
