Gafiia Embroidered Dress. Regular fit. A flowing dress with a gathered neckline and cuffs. The item is adorned with an embroidery inspired by the motifs from a rare, 20th-century rushnyk from the Cherkasy region of Ukraine, held in the private collection of Olena Saydel. The gathering interprets the decorative tradition of an authentic Ukrainian shirt. It takes 11 hours of handwork to complete the Richelieu embroidery.
